i have been drawing south africa botanicals lately and find the plant life around me fascinating. These plants are everywhere in all shapes and sizes. Someone told me that in winter the leaves start to turn pink! I was amazed and not quite believing but sure enough all the aloes on my road are turning a pinky orange on the edges!
