I like making something out of nothing but a few scraps.  I need more than my usual attention span to do these but i think the result is worth the extra effort.  Anytime I use a matchbox to make something I am reminded of the time when I made all kinds of things for my dolls house using matchboxes, pegs and ice lolly sticks... ah the days.

Robots and holidays

The homegrown fair is over for another year!  These 3D robot artworks were snapped up from Ikhaya's stand next door to me.  My sister wanted one for my nephew's room so guess have to get the scraps and glue out again to create these little characters.

I am off on holiday tomorrow with my big fat Greek family to the eastern cape!  Yay, some much needed R&R, so sorry will be a post holiday for a while!
